F7000 is a high-density bimodal polyethylene copolymer with butene-1 as a comonomer. F7000 heavy polyethylene or F7000 HDPE material is one of the polyethylene grades that has a high density and is used as a film. It features high molecular weight and acceptable film strength for the production of very thin films. Polyethylenes are considered to be one of the cheapest polymers, referred to by the abbreviation PE. Grades of high molecular weight polyethylenes are used to produce films. It is processed through the method of film blowing and has a density of 0.952 g/cm³ and an MFI of 0.04 (190 °C/2.16 Kg). This grade is supplied in granular (pellet) form and contains antioxidants and acid scavengers as additives. The application of F7000 materials is in the field of advanced ultra-thin film production, disposable gloves, freezer bags, food and fruit bags, garbage bags, medical gowns.
